- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your order and shipping details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeline
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your products.

3. Delivery Charges
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹499). Below this, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is canceled due to our error or a delivery issue on our part.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard on Cashway.in.
5. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive for timely deliveries, Cashway.in is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events
- Customs or regulatory checks
- Courier service disruptions
We will, however, keep you informed in case of any major delay.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver across India only.
